About CGS

CGS offers three comprehensive services:

The Memory Clinic

Our clinics provide comprehensive assessment of those who experience memory difficulties and associated challenges in daily activities. We offer safe driver evaluations, power wheelchair and/or scooter evaluations, home safety assessments, and memory and cognitive assessments.

Out-Patient Care

Services offered include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual psychotherapy, family & marital therapy and education.

Long-term Care (LTC) & Rehabilitation Facilities

People who benefit most from CGS in this setting are those who have Alzheimer’s disease or related memory disorders, are experiencing mood disorders, have behavioral problems, struggle with alcohol and/or other substances and those who plan to return home after discharge from a rehab setting.
