Out-Patient Care
CGS maintains multiple outpatient sites. These locations offer psychiatric and psychological services from geriatric psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and social workers. The following services are offered:
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Individual psychotherapy
- Family therapy
- Marital therapy
- Educational services
Referrals are welcomed from healthcare professionals, facility staff, family, friends or self-referrals. A doctor’s referral is required for an initial OT assessment.
CGS accepts Medicare assignment and participates with many other insurance plans.
